The hotel had great staff who were always willing to help guests. The location was convenient for those on short business trips, with easy access to shopping areas. The room service was excellent, and the food was tasty with a good variety of options.
There was one aspect of the hotel that let it down. The pool had green water and uninviting surroundings, which was a highly disappointing sight for potential swimmers.

Spent Xmas in a hotel in Kochi and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were decent with well-equipped and functional amenities. The hotel was in a great location, close to all shopping locations and accessible to all attractions in the city. The room service was excellent, and the staff were cooperative, friendly and ever-ready to attend to our needs. The food was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Worthy of mention was the complimentary items that were always restocked promptly.
The hotel needs to do more in the area of hygiene. The pool water was filthy and uninviting, and the surroundings were in dire need of a makeover.

The hotel was located in a prime location and easily accessible. the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay a comfortable one. the food provided was delicious and diverse, catering to different tastes. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with amenities that added to our convenience.
One of the main downfalls was the pool. the water looked murky and unclean, making it unappealing to take a dip.
